The magical world of waterproofing foundations. Do i get the work done on the inside? Do i have to get the work done from the outside? What is this i hear about injections? Why does it cost so much money? How come some companies use this "special" system while others don't?

Some great questions right? 

Yes the work can be done from the inside. If you have something on the outside, lets say a deck and we can not remove it but your basement is unfinished inside and the wall is exposed. It will work just as well inside then the outside and will be cheaper seeing how the deck does not have to come off. A hole is broken open in front of the crack exposing the Footing and we go from there and repair the concrete when finished! Maybe the basement is completely finished and only a tad bit of water damage inside or you are being proactive and want that crack fixed before it starts to cause problems. If the area is pretty straight forward it come in pretty cheap. Add a sidewalk, yes the concrete can be removed for a huge discounted price, its putting the concrete back that costs extra money. Maybe a deck in the way? That's okay. Most decks can be removed with ease and put back together which usually does not cost any extra money. What is this i hear about injections? They are to many variables to say that injections will work or not work. That is why companies only warranty them for 1 or 2 years because that is how long it takes for the glue to stop working. Maybe you got lucky and it has not started leaking yet but it will. Why does it cost so much?Typically most companies charge about the same amount around the board. Some are a bit more some are a bit less. The thing to look out for is why are some people so much cheaper then the others? It is more then likely they will be doing the job wrong or they do not know what they are doing. Remember, the most expensive mistake you can make is a cheap one. Most of the companies that use a special product also use the product that we do. The delta skin membrane along with theirs and its one company in particular. So don't be fooled by some fancy sale trick.
